Windows 8 & Internet Explorer 10 compatibility issue

Have you recently upgraded to Windows 8 and Internet Explorer 10 only to have suddenly found that you can't upload files or access many of the functions that you could previously on FileAssist?  Not to worry!  We have the solution for you!


1. Open Internet Explorer from your Desktop

2. Enable the Menu Bar, if it's not already enabled by right-clicking on a blank space above the tab and enable the Menu Bar.

3. From the Menu bar, go to Tools > Compatibility View settings



4. Add to the Compatibility View list

The plugins for FilesAssist will now work for all Internet Explorer applications.
