If you are a Comcast customer and having issues accessing your FileAssist account, please follow the instructions below:
1. Click on and save the attachment below to your computer.
2. Right click and run as an administrator.
3. Call Comcast and report this issue.
Please note that this is not a FileAssist failure. If Comcast representatives indicate they cannot correct the problem, please point them to http://dns.comcast.net/dig-tool.php.
